RESOLUTION NO. 2013-305
RESOLUTION APPROVING STATE OF IOWA GRADE
CROSSING SURFACE REPAIR FUND FORCE ACCOUNT
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND CHICAGO, CENTRAL AND
PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the State of Iowa Grade Crossing Surface Repair Fund Force
Account Agreement dated April 22, 2013, for the reconstruction of
the Columbia Street railroad crossings to include 168 feet of
rubber surface material, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation, Chicago, Central and Pacific Railroad Company and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 2013.
