RESOLUTION NO. 2013-307
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH BOULDER
CONTRACTING, LLC OF GRUNDY CENTER, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013 SIDEWALK
REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 3 AND TRAIL REPAIRS,
CONTRACT NO. 848, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$141,972.38, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PRO
TEM AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Boulder Contracting, LLC of Grundy
Center, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2013 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 3
and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 848, in the amount of
$141,972.38, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa by
the Mayor Pro Tem and the City Clerk as of the 22nd day of April,
2013, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said Contract signed by AMCO Insurance Company of
Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 2013.
