RESOLUTION NO. 2013-308
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
WATER WORKS, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 22, 2013, for water main
replacement in conjunction with the F.Y. 2013 Street
Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 832, by and between the
Waterloo Water Works and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 2013.
