RESOLUTION NO. 2013-309
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
ENTERPRISE ZONE CERTIFICATION WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Enterprise Zone Certification dated
April 22, 2013, for the expansion of the Enterprise Zone to
include property bounded by Williston Avenue, Pleasant Street,
West 7th Street and West 8th Street, locally known as "Williston
Field", by and between the Iowa Department of Economic
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 2013.
