RESOLUTION NO. 2013-311
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH SUNNYSIDE
SOUTH ADDITION, LLC OF HUDSON, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to Project Development Agreement dated
January 7, 2013, to revise the project completion date and
insurance requirements and to provide for temporary continued use
of the street after conveyance to the developer, by and between
Sunnyside South Addition, LLC of Hudson, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
Pro Tem and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
