RESOLUTION DEDICATING SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF APPROXIMATELY sJk OF A MILE OF
SANITARY SEWER TO SERVE LAND SURROUNDING THE
NEW ORANGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
Sanitary Sewer Easement
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, under and
across the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) and the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township
Eighty-eight North (T88N), Range Thirteen West (R13W),
Fifth Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Said sanitary sewer easement is Forty (40.00) feet wide
lying Twenty (20.00) feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of aforesaid
Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4); thence N00039156"W One
Thousand Seven Hundred Forty and Ninety-five Hundredths
(1740.95) feet along the East line of said Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4) to the point of beginning; thence
S89034127"W Thirty-eight and Eighteen Hundredths
(38.18) feet; thence N14°21'20"W One Hundred Forty-nine
and Seventy-six Hundredths (149.76) feet; thence
N78°31'23"W Three Hundred Ninety-nine and Ninety-eight
Hundredths (399.98) feet; thence N77046119"W Two
Hundred Eighty-four and Thirty-eight Hundredths
(284.38) feet; thence N54056'16"W One Hundred Fifty-

Said sanitary sewer easement is Forty (40.00) feet wide

The sidelines of said easement shall be lengthened
and/or shortened to terminate at said West right-of-way
line and as needed to provide a continuous strip.
Subject to valid easements, if any;
Temporary Construction Easement - Sanitary Sewer
A temporary easement for sanitary sewer construction
over, under, and across the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4)
and the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Fifteen
(15), Township Eighty-eight North (T88N), Range
Thirteen West (R13W), Fifth Principal Meridian,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows:

A Thirty (30) foot strip lying Northerly and Southerly
of and adjoining the above described permanent easement
as shown on the attached plot.
AND
A temporary easement for sanitary sewer construction
over, under, and across the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4)
and the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Fifteen
(15), Township Eighty-eight North (T88N), Range
Thirteen West (R13W), Fifth Principal Meridian,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows:
A Thirty (30) foot strip lying Northerly, Southerly and
Westerly of and adjoining the above described permanent
easement as shown on the attached plot;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for sanitary sewer easement
and temporary construction easement purposes.
