RESOLUTION NO. 2013-314
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2013
LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE PHONE SERVICE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Clerk of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc., in conjunction with the 2013 Local and Long Distance
Phone Service, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Clerk did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the 2013 Local and Long Distance Phone Service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the 2013
Local and Long Distance Phone Service, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 2013.
