LEANN EVEN From: Jeremiah VanDyke Sent: Friday, January 16, 2026 10:24 AM To: Amber Horton; LEANN EVEN Cc: MIKE HEERKES Subject: Re: Camelot October inspection Attachments: InspectionReport (6).pdf Good Morning Leann, 1650 Camelot received an invoice for$100.00 for a rental inspection. I did a Annual Residential common space inspection on 10/30/2025. Amber is needing clarification that this was the Annual common space inspection and not a rental inspection for her to code it correctly for payment. I attached the report that I did on 10/30/2025. I did talk to Mike and they have no record of a rental inspection and their fees are differant from ours. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your time. Lieutenant J.D.
