deficiencies.Corrections include but may not be limited to:(1)Main floor bathroom sink drain,flexible drainage piping shall be replaced.(2)Water heater
installed without permit/inspection.(3)Mechanical room sink drainagelvent piping installed not to plumbing code shall be corrected.(4)Laundry
drainage/vent piping installed not to plumbing code shall be corrected.

inspection.If all corrections are made before the scheduled inspection,you can call to set up an earlier re-inspection.Appropriate notices shall be given
to occupants of the units.Owner or owner's agent must be present during inspections.Failure to schedule a time on the date given or failure to keep the
inspection will result in a$100 fee.*****Re inspection fees may be assessed for re-inspections.Re-inspection fees start at$50,then$150,and$250 for all
