Plumbing details: Several corrections noted during inspection, a licensed plumbing contractor shall obtain proper permits/inspections to correct any
deficiencies. Corrections include but may not be limited to: (1) Main floor bathroom sink drain, flexible drainage piping shall be replaced. (2) Water heater
installed without permit/inspection. (3) Mechanical room sink drainage/vent piping installed not to plumbing code shall be corrected. (4) Laundry
drainage/vent piping installed not to plumbing code shall be corrected.

deficiencies. Corrections include but may not be limited to: (1) Several open electrical boxes noted in basement without covers. Wires not landed in
boxes. (2) Lighting fixture noted in basement stoop unfixed, laying on shelf. (3) Electrical serving furnace, water heater & laundry installed without
permitslinspections. (4) Outlets/switches missing appropriate covers. (5) main floor SW bedroom, outlet below window failed tester due to "open
ground". (6) Loose wiring noted in basement shall be stapled. (7) Service mast tie down cable connected to chain, nailed to wood post shall be corrected.

-Re-inspection date is as posted on the inspection report given, the rental unit's responsible person/s shall reach out prior to set time of that re -
inspection. If all corrections are made before the scheduled inspection, you can call to set up an earlier re -inspection. Appropriate notices shall be given
to occupants of the units. Owner or owner's agent must be present during inspections. Failure to schedule a time on the date given or failure to keep the
inspection will result in a $100 fee. *****Re inspection fees may be assessed for re -inspections. Re -inspection fees start at $50, then $150, and $250 for all
subsequent re -inspections. All appropriate keys to gain entry to locked units shall be readily available during re -inspection.
