Team to install Residential grade 6' black Chain link Apx 74' with (2) 4' wide by
6` high gates. Key FOB system isn't included in estimate and is up to client to
have the system installed.
Client to provide any permits or inspections that are required.
TEAM Fence will install top rail, chain link fabric, braces, brackets, and
appropriate hardware as instructed by the manufactures standards.
Payment Terms: Sub Total $4,241.04
50% Down Payment at Contract Signing
Projects longer than 4 week durations are subject to progress payments after rough- Total $4,241.04
in Inspection Passes
50% Final Payment at Project Completion
Changes in scope due to unforeseen items are not included in this estimate.
Additional scope items will require a formal change order document spelling out the
needed labor and materials for the additional work. However, change order items
that come up during construction that need immediate attention will be billed out to
the client on a time and material basis at a rate of $75lhr for labor and cost + 25%
for materials.
