p.m. , in the Harold E. Getty Council
Chambers, in City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing will
be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to consider approving
a 99 year ground lease agreemen
with Waterloo Development Corpora-
tion for property located next to 250
Westfield Avenue, related to the Hard -
courts development, legally described
as follows:
Parcel "1{' as shown in Plat of Sur-
vey Doc. No. 2024-08092, Parcel "L"
as shown in Plat of Survey Doc. No.
2024-12702, and Parcel "J as shown
in Plat of Surrey Doc, No. 2024-09091.
(Consisting of Tax Parcel No.
891323378026, Tax Parcel No.
891323378017, and part of Tax Parcel
No. 891323378016).
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be neard
or may file written objection with the
