does hereby Quit Claim to RNK Investments, LLC, the following described real estate in Black Hawk County,
Iowa:
Lots 27, 28, and 29 of the Waterloo Air and Rail Park 4th Addition, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Subject to: (a) easements, conditions, and restrictions of record, (b) general
utility and right-of-way easements serving the property and of record, (c)
restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and other applicable law, and
(d) a possibility of reverter pursuant to the terms of a Development
Agreement, dated December 15, 2025, approved by the City Council of the
City of Waterloo in Resolution No. 2025-721.
This is a deed from a political subdivision that is exempt from transfer tax, declaration of value, and
groundwater hazard statement pursuant to Iowa Code § 428A.1(2) and Iowa Code § 428A.2(6).
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or
plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
