The following changes shall be made to the agreement dated 7/22/2013 between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo:
Item 1.00 Purpose, part II shall be changed to read:
Improvements shall consist of: Rehabilitate Hangars, including Hangar #2 door
replacement, Rehabilitation of Hangar #4, Hangar B Siding and Roofing, and partial
Rehabilitation of Hangar floors, as more clearly defined in the project application
Item 2.89 shall be changed to read:
2.89 Funding will be available for reimbursement of the project until December 31,
2016, unless appropriations are withdrawn under 2.87. Assurances in this
agreement remain in full force and effect for a period of 20 years from the date of
the agreement.
