The following changes shall be made to the agreement dated 9/22/2014 between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo:
Item 1.00 Purpose, part 11 shall be changed to read:
Improvements shall consist of: Upgrade emergency generator, replace door at bag make-
up, terminal electrical improvements, Replace General Aviation Windows and masonry
improvements, Rehabilitate Hangars including Hangar #4, and partial Rehabilitation of
Hangar floors, as more clearly defined in the project application
