QUIT CLAIM DEED
For the consideration of$1.00 Dollar(s) and other valuable consideration, the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, does hereby Quit Claim to R&M METALS PROPERTIES, LLC, the following described real
estate in Black Hawk County,Iowa:
Parcel"H"in Government Lot 8 of Section 25,Township 89 North,Range 13 West of the
5th Principal Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa,as shown in
Plat of Survey File No. 2013-15559, recorded in the Office of the Black Hawk County
Recorder on January 24,2013.
Except that the City of Waterloo,Iowa,shall retain a Sanitary Sewer Easement over,under,
across,and upon that portion of the above-described Parcel"H"described as follows:
That portion of Parcel"H"lying north of an Easterly extension of the south
line of Lot 46, South Waterloo, an Official Plat in the City of Waterloo,
containing 1,872 square feet.
Subject to: (a) easements, conditions, and restrictions of record, (b) general utility and
right-of-way easements serving the property and of record,and(c)restrictions imposed by
local zoning ordinances and other applicable law.
This is a deed from a political subdivision that is exempt from transfer tax, declaration of value,
and groundwater hazard statement pursuant to Iowa Code § 428A.1(2)and Iowa Code § 428A.2(6).
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof,shall be construed[as in the singular
or plural number,and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
