RESOLUTION NO. 2026-021
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $62,300.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS FY 2026 CIPP PHASE VA PROJECT
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT ORIGINALLY
EXECUTED NOVEMBER 18, 2024, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has an ongoing project for Sanitary Sewer
Improvements FY 2026 CIPP Phase VA Project; and
WHEREAS, AECOM Technical Services, Inc. entered into an original Professional
Services Agreement on November 18, 2024, to provide services for this project; and
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 1, in the amount of $62,300.00, is required to
continue the professional services for the project's effective completion; and
WHEREAS, securing these additional services is deemed beneficial for the project's
scope and timeline.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The City Council hereby approves Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with AECOM
Technical Services, Inc., for additional services related to the Sanitary Sewer Improvements FY
2026 CIPP Phase VA Project.
2. The total amount of the supplemental agreement is $62,300.00.
3. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
