RESOLUTION NO. 2026-024
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH JEFFREY P. WEBER AND DENISE K.
WEBER, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SINGLE-
FAMILY HOME ON AN INFILL LOT LOCATED AT 610
BURBANK AVENUE, INCLUDING $5,000.00 INFILL
INCENTIVE UPON SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Jeffrey P. Weber and Denise K. Weber propose to construct a new single-
family home on an infill lot located at 610 Burbank Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo aims to encourage infill development through financial
incentives and strategic partnerships.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Development Agreement with Jeffrey P. Weber and Denise K. Weber for the
construction of a new single-family home on the infill lot located at 610 Burbank Avenue is
hereby approved.
2. The City will provide a $5,000.00 infill incentive to be granted upon substantial
completion of the home.
3. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January 2026.
