RESOLUTION NO. 2016-529
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF BONITA THINGS
QUALITY CONSIGNMENT FOR VARIANCE TO
ORDINANCE NO. 3094,NOISE ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, Bonita Things Quality Consignment is requesting a variance to the Noise in
conjunction with the "Bonita's National Hot Dog Day" event, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance,
and
WHEREAS, said Bonita Things Quality Consignment for a Variance to the Noise
Ordinance on July 23, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the "Bonita's National Hot Dog
Day" event to be held on the sidewalk adjacent and in front of 1423 W. 3rd Street, together with
recommendation and approval of the Director of Safety Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Bonita Things Quality Consignment for a Variance to
the Noise Ordinance on July 23, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the "Bonita's National
Hot Dog Day" event to be held on the sidewalk adjacent and in front of 1423 W. 3rd Street, be
and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2016.
