RESOLUTION NO. 2016-535
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE F.Y. 2017
POLICE DEPARTMENT AMMUNITION.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2015-534, approving plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with F.Y. 2017 Police Department ammunition needs, was approved
and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on July 11, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said authorization to proceed in accordance with said specifications is
hereby approved.
