BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described property: Easement Premises to be Dedicated The East 8 feet of the followed described parcel: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M., in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, bounded as follows: Commencing at a point in the West line of Kearns' Addition to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, which is 362.25 feet South of the South line of vacated Hartman Avenue; thence West a distance of 50 feet; thence North a distance of 60 feet; thence East a distance of 50 feet to the West line of said Kearns' Addition; thence South along the West line of said Addition to the point of beginning. Is hereby dedicated on property generally located AT 1115 Doreen Avenue, as an eight -foot utility easement. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2016.
