RESOLUTION NO. 2016-540
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE NOTTINGHAM THIRD ADDITION
PERFORMED BY DAVE SCHMITT CONSTRUCTION CO.
INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA; AND RECEIVE AND FILE
TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a precedent to the final
approval of the Nottingham Third Addition: Grading, storm sewer, subdrains, sub base and
paving, and
WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in substantial conformance
with the construction plans, standards and requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Dave Schmitt Construction Company, Inc. and Robin Hood Enterprises,
LLC. have provided a two-year Maintenance Bond for said Nottingham Third Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the improvements for the Nottingham Third Addition, be and the
same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 2016.
