RESOLUTION NO. 2016-542
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO CHYMA'S
MACHINE AND WELDING SHOP, INC., OF TOLEDO, IOWA IN THE
AMOUNT OF $28,384.26; AND APPROVING THE CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FOR THE F.Y. 2016 LOWER FENCING
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 915; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated July 11, 2016,between Chyma's Machine and Welding Shop, Inc., of
Toledo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$28,384.26, in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2016 Lower Fencing Project, Contract No. 915, is hereby approved along with the bonds
and certificate of insurance, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11t1i day of July, 2016.
