RESOLUTION NO. 2016-543
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT
AGREEMENT TO REPLACE TWO EXISTING SIGNS IN
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG SOUTHBROOKE DRIVE,
ADJACENT TO 312 SOUTHBROOKE DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Encroachment Agreement, with Friends of Faith and FOTV, Inc., dated July 11, 2016, to
replace two existing signs in public right-of-way along Southbrooke Drive, adjacent to 312
Southbrooke Drive, and legally described as follows:
North of the Following Described Property:
SOUTHBROOKE SECOND ADDITION A REPLAT OF TRACT F
SOUTHBROOKE LOT 4 LOT 6 LOT 7 LOT 8
and
SOUTHBROOKE SECOND ADDITION A REPLAT OF TRACT F
SOUTHBROOKE LOT 5
By and between Friends of Faith and FOTV, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July 2016.
