RESOLUTION NO. 2016-545
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT TO EXTEND
TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE
DISTRICT TO ASSIST IN THE OPERATION OF THE WATERLOO
EDUCATIONAL ACCESS CHANNEL, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Memorandum of Understanding dated July 11, 2016, between Waterloo Community School
District and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,to extend technical and professional services provided to
the District to assist in the operation of the Waterloo Educational Access Channel, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2016.
