RESOLUTION NO. 2013-671A
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2)
NEW 2013 320D JOHN DEERE SKID STEER
LOADERS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Two (2) New 2013 320D John Deere Skid Steer Loaders,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure
specifications, bid document,
etc., in conjunction with the
John Deere Skid Steer Loaders.
Services Director did file said
form of contract, estimate of cost,
Purchase of Two (2) New 2013 320D
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Two (2) New 2013 320D John Deere Skid Steer Loaders, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 2013.
