RESOLUTION NO. 2013-672 RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2013-460 IN ITS ENTIRETY INADVERTENTLY ADOPTED ON JUNE 3, 2013 AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY - OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 532 SUMNER STREET TO WENDELL GAINES FOR $1.00, PLUS COSTS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Resolution No. 2013-460 inadvertently adopted on June 3, 2013 authorizing the sale of City -owned property located at 532 Sumner Street to Wendell Gaines for $1.00, plus costs, be rescinded in its entirety. RESOLUTION NO. 2013-672A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) NEW 2013 JOHN DEERE SKID STEER LOADERS, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS AUGUST 26, 2013, AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 26th day of August, 2013, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of Two (2) New 2013 320D John Deere Skid Steer Loaders, in the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
