RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 19, 2013, for the Fiscal Year
2014 Air Service Development Program, Project No. 91140ALO135,
Contract No. 15488, in an amount not to exceed $28,000.00, with a
20 percent required city match, for air service consulting and
marketing for the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 2013.

RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO RALLY APPRAISAL SERVICES OF CEDAR
RAPIDS, IOWA, FOR THE APPRAISAL OF VACANT
GROUND AT THE INTERSECTION OF MIDPORT
BOULEVARD AND WEST AIRLINE HIGHWAY, WEST OF
WAGNER ROAD, IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Rally Appraisal Services of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, in the amount of $2,000.00, for the appraisal of vacant
ground at the intersection of Midport Boulevard and West Airline
Highway, west of Wagner Road, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12thda of August, 2013.
