SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;
Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd
day of February 2026, at 5;30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve
a Site Plan Amendment by Zydeco
Investments LLC to allow for up to
200,000 square feet of phase 2 and
phase 3 expansions in the "M-2,P"
Planned Industrial District located
at 4050 Leversee Road, legally de-
scribed as follows;
WATERLOO AIR & RAIL PARK 2ND
ADDITION LOT 4, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be neard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
