Location: Landing on stairs to track and basement
Original Comment: Fire doors must completely self -close and latch. Doors were
propped open,. 12/8/23 Door was removed from stairway. Obtain Architect
review for this door and basement exercise room doors.
Dryer vent cleaned to the outside by Harris Cleaning 3/23/23
un secured co tanks tanks in pool equipment room were corrected during inspection.
Provide corrections to all violations to avoid $100 re -inspection fee at next re -
inspection.
Re -inspection fee $100 Fire door was not re -installed at re -inspection in march. Talked
to director on 3/21/24 and said would get something to Greg from architect. Nothing
received to date.
