FAIL 2311.2.2 - Waste oil, motor oil Waste oil, motor oil and other Class IIIB liquids shall be stored in approved tanks
and other Class IIIB liquids. or containers, which are allowed to be stored and dispensed from inside repair
garages.

Original Comment: Install signage on waste oil tanks stating: Waste Oil Only
FAIL 5704.2.3.2 - Label or placard. Tanks more than 100 gallons (379 L) in capacity, which are permanently installed
or mounted and used for the storage of Class I, II or III liquids, shall bear a label
and placard identifying the material therein. Placards shall be in accordance with
NFPA 704. Exceptions: 1.Tanks of 300-gallon (1136 L) capacity or less located on
private property and used for heating and cooking fuels in single-family dwellings.
2.Tanks located underground.

Original Comment: Install NFPA 704 placard on outside of entry door for all bulk
storage tanks. Hazard numbers are assigned for the most hazardous material
and is found in SDS sheet.

Storage of materials shall not be located within the designated working space.
Exceptions: 1. Where other dimensions are required or allowed by NFPA 70. 2.
Access openings into attics or under -floor areas that provide a minimum clear
opening of 22 inches (559 mm) by 30 inches (762 mm).
