STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 102.4 - Application of building The design and construction of new structures shall comply with the
code. International Building Code , and any alterations, additions, changes in use or
changes in structures required by this code, which are within the scope of the
International Building Code , shall be made in accordance therewith.

Original Comment: Obtain final electrical inspection for outdoor air compressor
and vacuum and any outlets added indoors.
FAIL 606.3.3.3 - Records. Records for inspections shall state the individual and company performing the
inspection, a description of the inspection and when the inspection took place.
Records for cleanings shall state the individual and company performing the
cleaning and when the cleaning took place. Such records shall be completed after
each inspection or cleaning and maintained.
Location: kitchen hood exhaust cleaning and fire suppression
Original Comment: Provide current semi-annual kitchen hood exhaust cleaning
and fire suppression inspection reports with all discrepancies corrected. Reports
must be uploaded online to the compliance engine by the contractor. Currently
fire suppression 293 days past due. Hood cleaning dated 9/29/23 lists 2
deficiencies . Contractor must upload reports and corrections online to the
compliance engine.
Additional Comment: Kitchen hood fire suppression still 323 days past due and
kitchen hood cleaning still lists 2 deficiencies. Contractor must post reports
online to the compliance engine.
