RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON THE PROPOSED LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY
CONSERVATION BOARD TO LEASE PROPERTY IN THE
SHERWOOD PARK AREA, AS SEPTEMBER 3, 2013, AT
5:30 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd day of September, 2013,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the proposed Lease
Agreement with the Black Hawk County Conservation Board to lease
property in the Sherwood Park area at a cost of $1.00, for the
period September 1, 2013 through December 31, 2038.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 2013.
