small amounts, it can be cleaned in a safe and sanitary manner. b. When mold is found
in a rental unit and is determined to be a health risk, the building official may order
that a clean air report be obtained from a mold specialist approved by the building
official. Reports obtained from company identifying mold in unit. TENANT HAS MOLD
REPORTS INDICATING 736 OLYMPIC HAS MOLD IN UNIT.
3053Interior surfaces. Interior surfaces, including windows and doors, shall be
maintained ingood, clean and sanitary condition. Peeling, chipping, flaking orabraded
paint shall be repaired, removed or covered. Cracked or loose plaster, decayed wood
and other defective surface conditions shall becorrected.
