Hello, I have forwarded the electrical permit confirmation to you from the city. Since our inspection this morning, below are the changes that have been
made. 1. Laundry doors and the community doors now have a sign posted to keep shut at all times. We have also removed door stoppers. 2. Both
staircases do not have anything stored under them. 3. Boiler Inspection is scheduled with Youngs for Friday 5/16/2025. I will send that over once I have
that paperwork. 4. Dryer vent log has been started. It was cleaned out 8 months ago. Our maintenance tech is going to clean those this week so that we

with boiler contractor on how to track in house maintenance for
boilers. Email from Marissa: Boiler Inspection is scheduled with

paperwork.
