DESCRIPTION
FAIL 606.3.3.1 - Inspection. Hoods, grease -removal devices, fans, ducts and other appurtenances shall be
inspected at intervals specified in Table 606.3.3.1 or as approved by the fire code
official. Inspections shall be completed by qualified individuals.
Location: kitchen hood exhaust system cleaning
Original Comment: Provide current kitchen hood exhaust system cleaning
inspection report with all discrepancies corrected. Now 14 days past the 6
month. Contractor must upload online to the compliance engine. See the
attached code section in notes.
Additional Comment: Now 83 days past due. Your contractor (All Seasons I
Believe) must upload your inspection report online to the compliance engine.
FAIL 606.3.3.2 - Grease If during the inspection it is found that hoods, grease -removal devices, fans,
accumulation. ducts or other appurtenances have an accumulation of grease, such
components shall be cleaned in accordance with ANSI/IKECA C10.
Location: Kitchen exhaust hood
Original Comment: Clean grease filters. Currently oil dripping from them .
Suggest more frequent cleaning of kitchen hood exhaust system because of
heavy use.
Additional Comment: 2 filters still have grease dripping from them.

from 6 month. Recommend cleaning everything every 3 months.
