Original Comment: Smoke alarm was disconntected and not working properly.
Discussed starting a weekly log to check smokes alarms if they were
disconnected or batteries removed.

3.Procedures for the use of elevators to evacuate the building where occupant
evacuation elevators complying with Section 3008 of the International Building
Code are provided. 4.Procedures for assisted rescue for persons unable to use
the general means of egress unassisted. 5.Procedures for accounting for
employees and occupants after evacuation has been completed. 6.Identification
and assignment of personnel responsible for rescue or emergency medical aid.
7.The preferred and any alternative means of notifying occupants of a fire or
emergency. 8.The preferred and any alternative means of reporting fires and
other emergencies to the fire department or designated emergency response
organization. 9.Identification and assignment of personnel who can be contacted
for further information or explanation of duties under the plan. 10.A description
of the emergency voice/alarm communication system alert tone and
preprogrammed voice messages, where provided.

bedrooms and common spaces.

Original Comment: 5 year sprinkler inspection due and shows 205 days past due.
Please contact sprinkler contractor to address.
FAIL 509.1 - Identification. Fire protection equipment shall be identified in an approved manner. Rooms
containing controls for air-conditioning systems, sprinkler risers and valves, or
other fire detection, suppression or control elements fire protection systems
shall be identified for the use of the fire department. Approved signs required to
identify fire protection system equipment and equipment location shall be
constructed of durable materials, permanently installed and readily visible.

Original Comment: Need sign stating "FDC" that is made of durable material and
readible from road placed on outside of fence facing street.

Original Comment: Need to address access for fire department through fence for
FDC and maintaining panic hardware.
Multiplug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other
device not complying with NFPA 70 shall be prohibited. The construction and use
of current taps and relocatable taps shall be in accordance with NFPA 70 and this
code.
Location: Garage area.
Original Comment: Refridgerators and freezer must be plugged directly into wall
outlet and not extension cords.
FAIL 610.1.2 - Maintenance. The lint trap, mechanical and heating components, and the exhaust duct system
of a clothes dryer shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's
operating instructions to prevent the accumulation of lint or debris that prevents
the exhaust of air and products of combustion.
Location: Clothes dryers cleaning log.
Original Comment: Clothes Dryer Exhaust Duct system must be cleaned from the
dryer to the outside DOCUMENTED by who and when serviced.

inspection. Normal operating hours for inspections & re -inspections are Monday -
Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If the automatically generated re -inspection date lands on
a weekend, the re -inspection will typically be performed the following Monday or
Tuesday. If all corrections are made before the 30 days, you can call to set up an earlier
re -inspection. *****Re inspection fees may be assessed for subsequent re -
inspections. Re -inspection fees start at $100, then $150, and $200 for all subsequent
