Original Comment: Confirm that bedrooms have fire evacution plans in bedrooms and common spaces. 5.2.1 - Annual sprinkler Sprinklers shall be inspected at least annually by licensed contractor system inspection Location: 5 year sprinkler inspection due. Original Comment: 5 year sprinkler inspection due and shows 205 days past due. Please contact sprinkler contractor to address. FAIL 509.1 - Identification. Fire protection equipment shall be identified in an approved manner. Rooms containing controls for air-conditioning systems, sprinkler risers and valves, or other fire detection, suppression or control elements fire protection systems shall be identified for the use of the fire department. Approved signs required to identify fire protection system equipment and equipment location shall be constructed of durable materials, permanently installed and readily visible. FAI L 603.5 - Relocatable power taps and current taps.Multiplug adapters. Location: FDC access through fence on south side of building. Original Comment: Need to address access for fire department through fence for FDC and maintaining panic hardware. Multiplug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other device not complying with NFPA 70 shall be prohibited. The construction and use of current taps and relocatable taps shall be in accordance with NFPA 70 and this code. Location: Garage area. Original Comment: Refridgerators and freezer must be plugged directly into wall outlet and not extension cords. FAIL 610.1.2 - Maintenance. The lint trap, mechanical and heating components, and the exhaust duct system of a clothes dryer shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's operating instructions to prevent the accumulation of lint or debris that prevents the exhaust of air and products of combustion.
