FAIL 1203.2.6 - Exit signs. Emergency power shall be provided for exit signs as required in Section 1013.6.3.
The system shall be capable of powering the required load for a duration of not
less than 90 minutes.

606.3.3.2 - Grease If during the inspection it is found that hoods, grease -removal devices, fans,
accumulation. ducts or other appurtenances have an accumulation of grease, such
components shall be cleaned in accordance with ANSI/IKECA C10.
Location: Under, around and behind fryers
Original Comment: Remove all excess grease. Currently 1/4 inch on floor. Fire
suppression system is not designed for large area of grease. REPEAT OFFENSE
