WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage INRCOG's grant writing services for the following project: Type of Grant: Resource Enhancement and Protection (REAP) Project Description: Boathouse Enhancements INRCOG will not charge the City in advance for grant preparation services; however, in the event that REAP funding is awarded to the City for this project, INRCOG will submit a grant preparation invoice in the amount of one and one-half percent (maximum $1,500.00) of the funds awarded, to be paid by the City from local funds.
