and maintenance (no troubles, supervisory, or alarms)?
Location: 33 deficiencies called out by fire alarm contractor.
Original Comment: Deficiencies need to be repaired by licensed contractor and
compliance engine website updated of repairs.

Location: Fire watch for buildings B, C, D. FIRE ALARMS PANELS need to be
addressed as soon as possible by fire alarm contractor. Due to fire alarm
contractor report stating that buildings are not communicating with main final
panel located in Office.

FAIL 507.5.3 - Private fire service Private fire service mains and water tanks shall be periodically inspected, tested
mains and water tanks. and maintained in accordance with NFPA 25 at the following intervals: 1.Private
fire hydrants of all types: Inspection annually and after each operation; flow test
and maintenance annually. 2.Fire service main piping: Inspection of exposed,
annually; flow test every 5 years. 3.Fire service main piping strainers: Inspection
and maintenance after each use. Records of inspections, testing and
maintenance shall be maintained.
Location: Private hydrants on entire property. Contact water works after
scheduling with Contractor - Water Works needs to witness testing of hydrants.

and report uploaded to compliance engine by contractor.

smoke and heat vents protection and life safety systems shall be maintained in
an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where
defective. Nonrequired fire protection and life safety systems and equipment
shall be inspected, tested and maintained or removed in accordance with Section
901.8 .
Location: Blue Hydrant near address 247.
Original Comment: Private hydrant near address 247 should not be painted blue.
Blue hydrant indicates city hydrant. Understand painting in warmer weather.
