STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 1203.2.6 - Exit signs. Emergency power shall be provided for exit signs as required in Section 1013.6.3.
The system shall be capable of powering the required load for a duration of not
less than 90 minutes.

Original Comment: repair exit sign. currently hanging by wires
FAIL 610.1.2 - Maintenance. The lint trap, mechanical and heating components, and the exhaust duct system
of a clothes dryer shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's
operating instructions to prevent the accumulation of lint or debris that prevents
the exhaust of air and products of combustion.
Location: clothes dryer in basement
Original Comment: Provide documentation of dryer vent cleaning to the outside
with signature and date.
