STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 1203.4.3 - Records. Records of the inspection, testing and maintenance of emergency and standby
power systems shall include the date of service, name of the servicing technician,
a summary of conditions noted and a detailed description of any conditions
requiring correction and what corrective action was taken. Such records shall be
maintained.
Location: All exit and egress lights including : Exit light maint entrance , Exit by 19
and 20, Exit, and egress light East door in bat cave.
Original Comment: Provide documentation of testing and repair of all emergency
exit and egress lights in building including above with signature and date.

Original Comment: Provide current emergeny generator testing inspection and
load bank testing or monthly maintenance testing with all discrepancies
corrected. Load bank only required every 2 years if monthly maintenance log
maintained.

AIL 505.1 - Address identification.
New and existing buildings shall be provided with approved address
identification. The address identification shall be legible and placed in a position
that is visible from the street or road fronting the property. Address identification
characters shall contrast with their background. Address numbers shall be
Arabic numbers or alphabetical letters. Numbers shall not be spelled out. Each
character shall be not less than 4 inches (102 mm) high with a minimum stroke
width of 1/2 inch (12.7 mm). Where required by the fire code official, address
identification shall be provided in additional approved locations to facilitate
emergency response. Where access is by means of a private road and the
building cannot be viewed from the public way, a monument, pole or other sign
or means shall be used to identify the structure. Address identification shall be
maintained.
Location: Street side of building
Original Comment: Provide adress on street side of building in 6" numbers of
contrasting color to the background.
FAIL 509.1 - Identification. Fire protection equipment shall be identified in an approved manner. Rooms
containing controls for air-conditioning systems, sprinkler risers and valves, or
other fire detection, suppression or control elements fire protection systems
shall be identified for the use of the fire department. Approved signs required to
identify fire protection system equipment and equipment location shall be
constructed of durable materials, permanently installed and readily visible.
509.2 - Equipment access.
Location: room containing fire alarm panel
Original Comment: Install permanent signage on doors leading to Fire alarm
control panel stating "FACP or Fire Alarm Control Panel Room".
Approved access shall be provided and maintained for all fire protection system
equipment to permit immediate safe operation and maintenance of such
equipment. Storage, trash and other materials or objects shall not be placed or
kept in such a manner that would prevent such equipment from being readily
accessible.

Original Comment: Remove obstructions to fire alarm control panel and
appertencances . Maintain a minimum of 36" clearance. Floor is already marked,
signage may help.

704.1 - Maintaining
protection.
GENERAL NOTES
Where required when the building was originally constructed, materials and
systems used to protect joints and voids in the following locations shall be
maintained. The materials and systems shall be securely attached to or bonded
to the adjacent construction, without openings visible through the construction.
1.Joints in or between fire -resistance -rated walls, floors or floor/ceiling
assemblies and roof or roof/ceiling assemblies. 2.joints in smoke barriers. 3.Voids
at the intersection of a horizontal floor assembly and an exterior curtain wall.
4.Voids at the intersection of a horizontal smoke barrier and an exterior curtain
wall. 5.Voids at the intersection of a nonfire-resistance-rated floor assembly and
an exterior curtain wall. 6.Voids at the intersection of a vertical fire barrier and an
exterior curtain wall. 7.Voids at the intersection of a vertical fire barrier and a
nonfire-resistance-rated roof assembly. Unprotected joints and voids do not
need to be protected where such joints and voids were not required to be
protected when the building was originally constructed. Where the system design
number is known, the system shall be inspected to the listing criteria and
manufacturer's installation instructions.

Original Comment: replace missing ceiling and hatch. Fire sprinkler will not
function properly without ceiliing holding heat.
