FAIL 102.4 - Application of building The design and construction of new structures shall comply with the
code. International Building Code , and any alterations, additions, changes in use or
changes in structures required by this code, which are within the scope of the
International Building Code , shall be made in accordance therewith.

Original Comment: remove water heater or obtain proper permits and
inspections. Currently Burn Hazard

maintained free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case
of fire or other emergency where the building area served by the means of
egress is occupied. An exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose

Original Comment: remove obstructions ( washer/dryer) from exit path
Multiplug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other
device not complying with NFPA 70 shall be prohibited. The construction and use
of current taps and relocatable taps shall be in accordance with NFPA 70 and this
code.
Location: party room
Original Comment: remove multiplug adapter from cooler and stereo. Cooler
must plug directly into permanent wall outlet.
Multiplug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other
device not complying with NFPA 70 shall be prohibited. The construction and use
of current taps and relocatable taps shall be in accordance with NFPA 70 and this
code.

environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall be used only
with portable appliances. Extension cords marked for indoor use shall not be
used outdoors.

permits and inspections.
FAIL 603.8 - Temporary wiring. Temporary The use of temporary wiring for electrical power and lighting
installations shall not exceed is allowed for a period not to exceed of 90 days.
Temporary wiring methods shall meet the applicable provisions of NFPA 70.
Exception: Temporary wiring for electrical power and lighting installations is
allowed complying with the applicable provisions of NFPA 70 is permitted during
periods of construction, remodeling, repair or demolition of buildings,
structures, equipment or similar activities.

Original Comment: decorative temporary lighting must be removed after 90 days.

inspection report with all discrepancies corrected. Currently 201 days past due.
Contractor must upload online to the compliance enging.
FAIL 903.3.3 - Obstructed Automatic sprinklers shall be installed with regard to obstructions that will delay
locations. activation or obstruct the water distribution pattern and shall be in accordance
with the applicable automatic sprinkler system standard that is being used.
Automatic sprinklers shall be installed in or under covered kiosks, displays,
booths, concession stands or equipment that exceeds 4 feet (1219 mm) in width.
Not less than a 3-foot (914 mm) clearance shall be maintained between
automatic sprinklers and the top of piles of combustible fibers. Exception:
Kitchen equipment under exhaust hoods protected with a fire -extinguishing
system in accordance with Section 904.

Original Comment: remove curtain causing fire sprinkler obstruction. Curtain
must be fire rated.
