STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 606.3.3.1 - Inspection. Hoods, grease -removal devices, fans, ducts and other appurtenances shall be
inspected at intervals specified in Table 606.3.3.1 or as approved by the fire code
official. Inspections shall be completed by qualified individuals.
Location: Kitchen hood cleaning inspection
Original Comment: Provide corrections for deficiency listed on AKA inspection
report from 2/6/24 (install hinge kit). Contractor must upload corrections online
to the compliance engine.
Additional Comment: Still deficient
FAIL 904.13.5.2 - Extinguishing Automatic fire -extinguishing systems shall be serviced not less frequently than
system service. every six months and after activation of the system. Inspection shall be by
qualified individuals, and a certificate of inspection shall be forwarded to the fire
code official upon completion.
GENERAL NOTES

Original Comment: Provide current semi-annual kitchen hood fire suppression
inspection report with all discrepancies corrected. Currently 7 days past due.
Contractor must upload inspection report with corrections online to the
