RESOLUTION NO. 2013-707
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) NEW
2013 320D JOHN DEERE SKID LOADERS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-706, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of two (2) new 2013 320D John Deere skid loaders, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on August 26, 2013 as prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 2013.
