They need to have the original installer of the HVAC unit and the company that does their fire alarm testing regularly (which is not us) out at the same time. The fire alarm vendor needs to know that they will need a lift to get on the roof and possibly inside the store to get to these units. There are no asbuilts on site to know where any of these duct detectors are located so someone familiar with testing this location would be best suited for this job. This information is not getting to the 3rd party vendors and they just keep sending different alarm companies to look at the same issue.
