inspection. If all corrections are made before the scheduled inspection, you can call to set up an earlier re -inspection. Appropriate notices shall be given
to occupants of the unitis. Owner or owner's agent must be present during inspections. Failure to schedule a time on the date given or failure to keep the
inspection will result in a $100 fee.**"*Re inspection fees may be assessed for re -inspections. Re -inspection fees start at $50, then $150, and $250 for all
