Location: Electrical cords in use and need to be removed. Open slot
in electrical panel in basement.
Location: Smoke detectors needed in basement, in each bedroom,
and outside bedrooms. Smoke detector malfunctioning in one
bedroom.

CO detectors in this unit.
Location: Sump pump drainage is eroding ground where discharge
pipe is.
Location: Main entrance steps are pulling away from landing and are
missing handrails. Secondary entrance steps are broken and need
replaced.

compromised by water will need removed and replaced. A mold
mitigation specialist shall be hired to do an air test and mitigation of
the mold. Hole in wall behind toilet will need all damaged drywall
removed and replaced.
