RESOLUTION NO. 2013-711
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH SHIVE-HATTERY CONSULTANTS OF
CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 26, 2013,
in the amount of $11,500.00, to conduct the required studies and
analysis and prepare three (3) Iowa Clean Air Attainment Program
grant applications, by and between Shive-Hattery Consultants of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 2013.
