the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve
a vacate request by the City of Wa-
terloo to to vacate an approximately
72,145 square -foot platted easement
located west and north et 2320 West
Airline Highway to allow for future
development, legally described as
follows:
That part of a 60-toot platted ease-
ment over portions of Lot 11, Midpori
America Park Plat No. 2 and Lot 21,
Mldport America Park Plat No. 3, all
In the City o1 Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, and more particularly
described as follows: ommencing at
the southeast corner o1 Lot 11, Mid -
port America Park Plat No. 21 thence
North 14°02'03" East along the East-
erly line of Lot 11, 285.24 feet (285.37
