to occupants of the unit/s. Owner or owner's agent must be present during inspections. Failure to schedule a time on the date given or failure to keep the
inspection will result in a $100 fee. ****"Re inspection fees may be assessed for re -inspections. Re -inspection fees start at $50, then $150, and $250 for all

After numerous attempts to contact the owner of this property by email, calls, texts, and stickers on the rental I set up a re -inspection of the property for
January 16th at 0900hrs. I arrived prior to 0900hrs and left at about 0930hrs. The owner never arrived nor has he ever made contact with me in any form. A
$100.00 "No show" for this inspection will be billed along with a $250.00 re -inspection fee. Total off. 1 will be sending another letter/email to the
owner of this renal setting up a new date for re -inspection. If the violations are not taken care of by this date and/or the owner does not show then the
rental license for this entire property with revoked and fines will be issued again.
